- Operate a full range of shop equipment including drill press, grinder, sander, plasma cutter, band saw, shear, stationary and handheld abrasive saws, and standard hand tools
- Perform quality checks on your own work and flag any safety or quality issues to management
- Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout production
- Support and cross-train with other shop personnel as needed
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on industrial welding and fabrication experience
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on both mild and stainless steel — required, not preferred
- Ability to read and work from blueprints independently
- Experience operating standard fabrication shop equipment

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted; physical ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and crawl in a shop environment
- Availability to work overtime — up to 50–60 hours per week when required
- Commitment to safety protocols and PPE compliance at all times
Why This Role
Straight day shift, Monday through Friday, with a company that has been building quality industrial equipment for over a century — plus real overtime opportunity if you want it. This is a stable, long-term position for a tradesperson who takes their craft seriously.
